Marc Lagrange (1957) is one of the most well-known fashion photographers in Belgium. After the world of fashion, he is now conquering the art world. In 2006, the photo museum of Antwerp did a big solo exhibition on his work. After this exhibition, galleries in Belgium, Holland and abroad are eager to exhibit his work. According to some, the big breakthrough of Marc Lagrange is on its way. In his first work, he was inspired by the human touch in the work of photography masters like Helmut Newton or Peter Lindbergh. Since then Lagrange has developed a very own style and approach: Touching, feeling and freezing a special moment is the centre of his work.
